End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Workstory.io ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the WS AI Mentor mobile application ("App") made available through the Apple App Store and the Workstory.io web application.

1. Scope of License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control (or the web version), as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

This license does not allow you to:

• Modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You agree to provide accurate and current information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

3. User Content (Videos & Responses)

You retain ownership of your content, including:

• Video recordings
• Audio recordings
• Text responses

By using the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store, process, and analyze your content
• Provide AI-generated feedback
• Improve and train our systems (in anonymized or aggregated form)

You agree not to upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Violates privacy rights of others

4. AI-Generated Feedback Disclaimer

• AI-generated feedback is provided for informational purposes only
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or outcomes
• Feedback may be subjective or incorrect

You acknowledge that the App is not a substitute for professional advice.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Certain features may require payment
• Payments may be processed via Apple's in-app purchase system or external website
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

If purchases are made outside the App, they are governed by separate terms.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may collect:

• Account information
• Usage data
• Video/audio content

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Upload malicious or harmful content
• Interfere with App functionality

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or opportunities
• Decisions based on AI feedback

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access if:

• You violate this Agreement
• The App is discontinued

Upon termination, your rights to use the App cease immediately.

11. Apple-Specific Terms

This Agreement is between you and Workstory.io, not Apple.

You acknowledge that:

• Apple Inc. is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services
• Apple is not responsible for addressing product liability claims, legal or regulatory claims, or consumer protection claims

In the event of a failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if applicable). Apple has no further obligation.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

13. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
